Arcade access is reserved for customers who have paid for their session or card.

Age and Access

Equipment access is authorized for persons 8 years and older.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Certain experiences may not be recommended for young children or sensitive individuals.
Safety and Behavior

Running, jumping, or dangerous behavior is prohibited in the gaming area.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access.

Users must remove any items that may interfere with their experience (bags, glasses, bulky accessories).

Equipment must be used with care. Any damage caused by inappropriate use may be charged.
Hygiene and Equipment

Hands must be clean before using equipment.

Eating or drinking is prohibited in the gaming area.

No outdoor shoes or boots allowed.
Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations must be honored at the agreed time. A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in session cancellation.

Cancellations must be reported at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
Liability

Virtuoze disclaims all responsibility for discomfort, dizziness, or other side effects related to the VR experience.

Personal belongings must be supervised by their owner. Virtuoze is not responsible for losses or theft.
Virtual Reality Simulators

Simulator use is subject to staff authorization and specific safety instructions.

Certain experiences may cause dizziness or nausea. It is recommended to report any discomfort immediately.

Users must properly secure themselves with the provided harnesses or safety belts.

It is prohibited to stand up, unfasten, or modify equipment settings without authorization.

Simulators are not recommended for people with heart problems, epilepsy, balance disorders, or pregnant women.
