• Arcade access is reserved for customers who have paid for their session or card.

• Users must comply with safety instructions and staff directions.

• Management reserves the right to refuse access or remove any person not respecting the regulations.

• Equipment use is at the user's own responsibility.

Age and Access

• Equipment access is authorized for persons 8 years and older.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Certain experiences may not be recommended for young children or sensitive individuals.

Safety and Behavior

• Running, jumping, or dangerous behavior is prohibited in the gaming area.

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access.

• Users must remove any items that may interfere with their experience (bags, glasses, bulky accessories).

• Equipment must be used with care. Any damage caused by inappropriate use may be charged.

Hygiene and Equipment

• Hands must be clean before using equipment.

• Eating or drinking is prohibited in the gaming area.

• No outdoor shoes or boots allowed.

Reservations and Cancellations

• All reservations must be honored at the agreed time. A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in session cancellation.

• Cancellations must be reported at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.

Liability

• Virtuoze disclaims all responsibility for discomfort, dizziness, or other side effects related to the VR experience.

• Personal belongings must be supervised by their owner. Virtuoze is not responsible for losses or theft.

Virtual Reality Simulators

• Simulator use is subject to staff authorization and specific safety instructions.

• Certain experiences may cause dizziness or nausea. It is recommended to report any discomfort immediately.

• Users must properly secure themselves with the provided harnesses or safety belts.

• It is prohibited to stand up, unfasten, or modify equipment settings without authorization.

• Simulators are not recommended for people with heart problems, epilepsy, balance disorders, or pregnant women.
