When people think about virtual reality… then actually discover Virtuoze

There are two types of people in this world.

Those who say, "Oh yeah, VR... I already tried that in a Walmart in 2017 with a headset that smelled like a hot forehead."

…and those who leave Virtuoze with messy hair, racing heart and uncontrollable laughter because they just saw their 42-year-old friend scream like a Disney princess in front of a zombie.

Welcome to Virtuoze.

Or, as many call it after their first visit: "OK... I really didn't think it was going to be this bad."

What people think Virtuoze is

Before coming, people often imagine:

  • A small, dark room.

  • Two computers.

  • A rollercoaster ride.

  • An employee says, "Watch out for the wires."

  • An activity “more for gamers”.

And honestly… we understand why.

Virtual reality has long had that reputation.

But then they open the door at Virtuoze's.

And then…

BOOM.

What Virtuoze really is

Virtuoze is:

  • cries of joy;

  • parents who laugh louder than their children;

  • Friends who betray each other in an escape game;

  • colleagues who discover that the boss is panicking under pressure;

  • grandparents who try a simulator "just to see"... then refuse to go out;

  • children who leave convinced that they have just lived in the future.

It's a place where the world forgets their phone for an hour.

Yes. Even teenagers.

The largest RV center in Eastern Canada

Not “one of the greatest”.

The largest RV center in Eastern Canada. Even including Quebec.

And that's something people never expect.

When they arrive, they think they're doing "a little activity".

Then they discover:

  • large areas of free movement;

  • multiplayer experiences;

  • simulators;

  • competitive games;

  • cooperative adventures;

  • Immersive experiences where you completely forget where you are.

To the point where some people take off their helmets and say, "Wait... are we still in Edmundston?"

Yes. And no. That's kind of the magic.

“We’ll go there at some point.”

Ah yes. That legendary phrase.

"We really need to go to Virtuoze's place at some point."

The famous moment .

The one that sometimes lasts 8 months.

Then finally, someone makes a reservation.

And after the visit?

The same people become:

  • "Why didn't we come sooner?"

  • "We're coming back with the children."

  • "We're coming back without the children."

  • "We'll be back with our colleagues."

  • "Can we have our Christmas party here?"

  • "I think I've sweated more here than at the gym."

There's no age limit to having fun

At Virtuoze, we see:

  • 8-year-old children who think they are in a movie;

  • teenagers who forget to be “too cool” for 60 minutes;

  • parents who rediscover the joy of playing;

  • Grandparents who enter nervously… then leave saying: “OK… that was impressive.”

Virtual reality has something special about it.

It removes the "appearance".

Everyone becomes a child again for a moment.

And honestly? The world needs it.

The funniest thing about Virtuoze? The reactions.

Nobody looks stylish in an RV.

Person.

The most serious guy in the group often ends up:

  • crouching in a corner;

  • begging his friends;

  • or by shouting, "I SWEAR HE WAS RIGHT THERE!"

And that's exactly what makes the experience memorable.

You're not just here to "play".

You're coming to experience something.

“I thought it would cost a lot more”

One of the phrases we hear most often.

Because people expect impossible prices.

But at Virtuoze, the mission has always been simple:

To make these experiences accessible.

Not just for gamers. Not just for big cities. Not just for people who have $300 to spend on a family outing.

Just… accessible.

For families. Groups of friends. Schools. Couples. Businesses. The curious.

Even for the person who says, "I'm not into technology."

(Often, it's she who doesn't want to leave anymore.)

More than just an VR center

Virtuoze is not just about headphones.

It's a place where:

  • People are switching off;

  • Families create memories;

  • Friends laugh for real;

  • the teams are getting closer;

  • The children experience something they will talk about for weeks.

In a world where everyone is looking at screens…Virtuoze manages the opposite:

Bringing screens to life.

The vision behind Virtuoze

From the beginning, the idea was never simply “to open a VR center”.

The idea was to create a destination.

A unique place. Something people don't expect to find here.

A place where:

  • Technology becomes human;

  • Fun comes first;

  • and where each visit creates a story.

Because in the end…

People don't just remember the game.

They remember:

  • who shouted the loudest;

  • who panicked;

  • of whom sacrificed himself to save the team;

  • of someone who accidentally punched into thin air while thinking they were fighting a robot.

And that… that’s worth much more than a simple “video game”.

Edmundston deserves to be known for something unique.

Let's be honest.

Building something like Virtuoze in a region like ours… that’s not the “easy” way.

It would probably have been simpler in a big city. Easier to have traffic.

Easier to be seen. Easier to attract attention.

But the goal has always been here.

Because we sincerely believe that Edmundston deserves incredible attractions. Modern experiences. Places that make people say, "Wait... this exists here?"

And every time a visitor enters Virtuoze for the first time, we see exactly that reaction.

The community makes all the difference

The truth is that a local business grows thanks to its community.

Yes, coming to visit us helps enormously.

But sometimes, a simple gesture on social media helps even more than people think.

Sharing? That's appreciated.

But a sharing WITH:

  • a comment;

  • a like;

  • a heart;

  • a reaction;

  • a friend tag;

  • or a few words like "It's really worth it"

…the algorithm notices that.

And when the algorithm works for us, it helps Virtuoze to become known far beyond Edmundston.

Because today, social media often decides what people see… or never see.

We want to put Edmundston on the map

We want people to talk about Edmundston for the right reasons.

Not like “a city you pass through”.

But as:

  • a destination;

  • a surprise;

  • a place where something happens;

  • a city capable of offering experiences that can't be found anywhere else.

We want someone from Quebec, New Brunswick, or even elsewhere in Canada to say, "Seriously... we have to go see this in Edmundston."

Because ultimately, when a local business grows, the whole region benefits:

  • more visitors;

  • more activity;

  • more visibility;

  • more local pride.

Every interaction helps more than you think.

When you:

  • like a post;

  • Leave a comment;

  • Identify a friend;

  • share a video;

  • Talk about your experience;

…you are literally helping a local business to continue to grow.

And honestly?

It is thanks to this that we are still able to create ever more impressive experiences.

A city you won't forget

Our vision goes beyond VR.

Yes, we want to offer incredible experiences.

But we also want to contribute to building a city that people remember.

A city where:

  • Families go out;

  • young people have modern activities;

  • tourists stop;

  • People want to come back.

Because Edmundston deserves to be known.

And if Virtuoze can help the region gain a little more exposure each year…

So every laugh, every shared moment, and every visit is worthwhile.

So… what is Virtuoze?

It's difficult to explain.

You have to experience it.

But to put it simply:

Virtuoze is a place where the world comes to try VR…and leaves with memories, laughter and the desire to come back the very next day.
